What is up y’all…it’s morning routine time! This is my first time making a morning routine vid, so go easy on me lol. I know I wasn’t able to cover all your requests here, so if there’s something you still wanna learn more about then definitely let me know in the comments below! OK HAPPY WATCHING 🙂

Workout + nutrition plans:




2 cups quick oats
2 scoops protein powder (I recommend a whey protein blend)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 whole egg
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup almond butter
stevia or sweetener baking blend, as desired
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
(or whatever you like!)

1-preheat oven to 350F
2-combine all dry ingredients
3-in a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients
4-mix wet and dry ingredients until no dry clumps remain
5-press batter into a greased pan
6-bake for 8-10 minutes – NO LONGER – then let cool for 10-15 minutes. the bars will keep setting as they cool, so don’t worry if they look undercooked at first.
